At Roade Primary School, inclusion is at the heart of our ethos. We are committed to supporting every child, especially those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), pupils eligible for Pupil Premium, and those with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
We recognise and celebrate the unique strengths and backgrounds each child brings to our community. Our dedicated staff work closely with families and specialist professionals to provide personalised support, tailored teaching, and targeted interventions. We ensure every pupil has the opportunity to succeed, feel valued, and participate fully in school life.
Through our inclusive approach, we aim to remove barriers to learning and create a nurturing environment where all children can achieve their best.
